Request a Refund or Exchange
All sales are considered final and are non-refundable, unless it is a defective item.  We will inspect and approve any return/exchange, on a case by case basis.
Our products undergo stringent quality control prior to shipment.

— Order number
— Reason for return
— Reason for exchange, please include the product name, size and colour of the item you’d like to exchange

Return Shipping
— Shipping, duties, and tax charges that may be incurred due to the exchange or return are the customer’s responsibility, unless it is a defective item. 
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without email communication and/or authorisation. 
 

Return/Exchange Policy
Our Return/Exchange Policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
